Estimates
Estimates are approximations and are not guaranteed. The estimates are based on information provided from the client regarding project requirements. Actual cost may change once all project elements are finalized or negotiated. Prior to any changes of cost, the client will be notified. Estimates are valid for 30 days.
Estimates are provided on a best endeavors basis only and unless a fixed price quotation has been provided to the customer, work will be charged based upon the price of parts provided by Frontier HAVC Corp. plus labor which will be charged by the job or part thereof and may include time taken to research, source, and purchase any materials provided.
Services
Upon acceptance by client, Frontier HAVC Corp. will provide the services described in the estimate. Any additional services requested by client and not covered by the estimate will incur additional charges.
Schedule
The services will be completed and delivery will be made in accordance with the schedule agreed upon by Frontier HAVC Corp. and client. Any cancellations or rescheduling must be made 24 hours in advance of service. Cancellations will incur a 10% of the deposit.
Changes
Changes in the specifications, quantities, schedule, or other aspects of the services that are requested or approved by client do not become binding upon Frontier HAVC Corp. unless accepted by Frontier HAVC Corp. in writing. Any such changes may result in additional or increased charges, and client agrees to pay such increased charges.
Unless explicitly agreed prior to commencement of work, payment will be due in full upon completion of the work or services provided. Frontier HAVC CORP. will advice the client of the amount due and will post a detailed receipted invoice within 72 hours. A 10% deposit of the invoice is required before the scheduling of job or any services are rendered.
Payments
All estimates include sales tax at the appropriate rate.
Acceptable methods of payment are:

All materials and goods supplied by Frontier HAVC Corp. shall remain the property of Frontier HAVC Corp. until the full invoice has been paid by the client.
Taxes
Client will be responsible for payment of all applicable federal, state, and local taxes and assessments (including sales, use and similar taxes) levied on the transaction contemplated by the invoice. No tax exemption will be recognized unless agreed upon in writing with Frontier HAVC Corp.
Payment Terms
All invoices for services covered by the estimate are payable within fifteen (15) days after invoice date.
Late Charges
No late charges are allowed. Full payment must have been received by Frontier HAVC Corp. at or before job completion. If full payment is not received at job completion, Frontier HAVC Corp. reserves the right to remove all materials and goods provided, and client waives the right to be refunded the deposit.
Warrantees And Limitations
Frontier HAVC Corp. warrants that all work performed and all parts and equipment which were installed in the servicing of the heating and air conditioning unit(s) were completed in a workmanlike manner and that said work shall be free from defects in workmanship for a period of 365 days from date said work was performed. Frontier HAVC Corp.’s obligation for workmanship or any damage caused thereby, and client’s exclusive remedy, shall be limited, at Frontier HAVC Corp.’s option, to the workmanship only and shall be conditioned upon Frontier HAVC Corp. receiving actual written notice of said defect within the 365 day period noted herein.
Liability
Frontier HAVC Corp. can only be held liable for the extent of works carried out by Frontier HAVC Corp. No liability shall be accepted in respect of defects in existing installations or in respect of parts not manufactured by Frontier HAVC Corp.
Frontier HAVC Corp. shall not be held responsible for any loss of damage to property, materials or injuries to individuals caused by the personal actions of the client of other household members or guests before, during, or after such works have been carried out.
